The Lowy Group is currently supporting a partner of ours (Ansteca Property Management) who is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Part-time Personal Assistant to join a new property management company in London. The role involves a mix of tasks to assist the owner in setting up and managing the new Property Management company.
The working hours will vary based on availability, as the owner is flexible and looking for someone to provide support.
**Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience**
Responsibilities:
- Support the owner with various tasks and ad-hoc duties.
- Help with Bookkeeping.
- Set up templates.
- Assist in managing the new website.
- Write letters.
- Organise accounting systems.
- Handle invoicing.
About You:
- Experience with Landlord Vision is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong English language (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in estate agency or property management is beneficial.
