We are looking for a Supervisor for our busy Sherborne Bakery.
35 hours over 5 days out of 7 - some weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- To Drive sales, and work along side the Manager.
- To lead the team by example
- To promote the Company in following best practice
- To keep all due diligence records up to date daily.
- To cover management holidays
- To be motivated and proactive.

Previous experience desirable but not essential
